Overview

A tropical Mozambique luxury tour is the ultimate way to experience leisure and adventure activities. This tour combines staying at Vilanculos and an island hop to Bazaruto. Vilanculos is home to long pristine beaches and offers stunning views to take your breath away. The beautiful bay has calm and shallow waters which are ideal for water sports and fun in the sun. Just beyond the bay is the magnificent Bazaruto Archipelago, a chain of islands in a marine national park. We'll go there as well.

Day 1

Arrive Vilanculos

On arrival, you will be met at the airport and transferred to your hotel. Casa Rex Boutique Hotel in Vilankulo, Mozambique offers luxury accommodation and is a world-class holiday and honeymoon resort. The hotel overlooks the crystal-clear turquoise Indian Ocean and Bazaruto Archipelago Islands. All rooms are sea-facing with easy beach access and provide stunning ocean views. Often a cool breeze filters through. The rooms are also air-conditioned, with wireless internet access available throughout the hotel and satellite TV in the public area. Today you'll settle in and start enjoying your tropical holiday. As you will learn, there are several water-based and land-based activities you can partake in. Activities in Vilnculos

Today you can decide how and where to explore and what activities to partake in. Water-based activities include swimming, snorkelling, scuba, fishing, boat and dhow cruises. You can also see whales and dolphins in season. Land-based activities include spending time on the beach, walks, hiking, bird watching, horse riding, zip lining, local markets and shopping. You can also decide to treat yourself to a massage and spa treatment. Dinner and your overnight stay are spent in luxury.

Activities in Vilanculos

Today is another lazy and carefree day at your beach paradise. Enjoy a full-course breakfast and decide how to spend your day. You will have many options. If you like diving, you'll have the best dive spots at hand. Maybe you want to do some fishing, whale watching, horse riding or just take it easy and relax on the beach or around the pool. Dinner and your overnight stay are spent in luxury.

Bazaruto Island

After breakfast and checkout, we will transfer you by boat to the jewel-like archipelago off the coast of Mozambique. Here you will check into your private beach villa. Nowhere is beauty more real and pristine than the Bazaruto Archipelago, a protected marine reserve and national park. Here there are no unwanted distractions and you fulfil your escapist dreams on this unspoiled paradise island. Your villa has all the comforts and features you would expect from a 5-star establishment. You can also partake in various leisure and adventure activities. Dinner and your overnight stay will be spent island-style.

Actvities at Bazaruto Island

After a scrumptious breakfast, you can plan and decide your day as you please. There are several water sports including deep sea fishing, sailing, traditional dhow excursions, snorkelling and diving. You can also go on an island tour where you will travel in a 4 x 4 and explore all that the island has to offer. You can enjoy facilities at the resort such as spa treatment, use the fitness centre, play volleyball, visit the coral garden or simply take it easy and relax. Dinner and overnight stay are spent in luxury island style.

Day 6

Return to Vilanculos

This is sadly the last day of your tropical island escape. After breakfast, we will transfer you by boat to the mainland and drop you off in Vilanculos by arrangement. This might be the end of your paradise getaway but you will have wonderful memories, photos and memorabilia to take home with you. Of course, we hope you will return in the future for another unforgettable tropical island vacation.
