Day 1

Arrive To Addis Ababa

Addis Ababa means “new flower” and is Ethiopia’s largest city. Sitting at an elevation ranging from 7,000 to 8,300 feet, it is a unique mixture of new, tall buildings mingled with traditional house Upon arrival in Addis Ababa, you will be met at the airport and transfer to Hotel. Rest and relax at your hotel Spend the night at Jupiter hotel.

Day 2

Transfer To Airport |Fly To Arba minch

You will start the day with some delightful breakfast, and then be transferred to the airport. On arrival, you will be driven to Chencha for the Dorze villages for the visit of the 12 mts heights bamboo Tukul and their way of making Shema' white dress’ and more other colorful thread dresses.

Day 3

Arbaminch Town tour

Have breakfast and then go for a morning boat trip on Lake Chamo to see hippos and crocodiles. Afternoon you will have lunch then be driven to Konso, UNESCO registered heritage site. Konso is known for Totomes a grave marks, terracing farms, to its village and making of houses.

Day 4

Travel To Jinka

On this day you will depart for Jinka after breakfast. 0n the way, visit Tsemay and Bena tribes at keyafer. You will either have lunch on the way or on arrival, then head for your visit to the Ari Village and the museum. You will mix with the local and learn amazing things.

Day 5

Travel To Mago

Drive to Mago early morning for some wild life viewing and Mursi peoples at their villages drive back to Jinka for lunch. In the afternoon, travel to Turmi and then drive to Omorate to visit the Dasenech people who are living on the banks of river Omo, where they cross the river using a tree trunk to go to the west cost where the majority of the tribe live. Late afternoon explore villages of the Hammer around Turmi.

Day 6

Travel To Karo Village

Drive to Karo villages, the Karo wear an elaborate hairstyle sculpted in Chignon of dried mud adorned with Ostrich feathers. They always carry a wooden pillow to protect their hairstyle when they sleep. Afternoon attend the Hammer market either on Turmi on Monday or Dimeka on Saturday.

Day 7

Travel To Welaita Sodo

On this day, you will have breakfast then depart to Welaita Sodo passing Arbaminch on your way to Erbore villages. It will a a wonderful journey filled with alot of site seeing. You will visit the local market in Welita Sodo on arrival.

Day 8

Travel to Awassa| Sight seeing

After breakfast, you will be driven to Awassa. Your journey will be a sightseeing adventure journey. On arrival, check in to your hotel then visit the fish market of Awassa lake for its bird life in the lake, Colobus monkey. Dinner and overnight: Haile resort hotel.

Day 9

Final Day| Travel To Addis Ababa

Morning depart to Addis on your ways visiting the north rift valley lakes Langano and Ziway lakes for more bird watching. In Addis you will have a last minute shopping. Have a farewell dinner at cultural restaurant enjoying at same time live music from the different tribes of Ethiopia. Later transfer out to the airport for your flight back home.
