Overview

Go on a safari in South Africa's premier wildlife destination—Sabi Sand Game Reserve. The reserve is directly adjacent to Kruger National Park, with no fences in between, so game is roaming completely free. As in all private reserves, you will have the advantage of going on exciting off road drives and also on game walks. Sabi Sands is in particular well known for its amazing leopard sightings.

Day 1

Hoedspruit to Sabi Sand Game Reserve

You will be met at Hoedspruit Airport (transfers from other airports such as Nelspruit, Phalaborwa and Johannesburg can also be arranged at additional costs) and taken to Sabi Sand Game Reserve. Here you will stay for 4 nights in one of the luxurious Chitwa Chitwa Suites. Depending on your arrival time, you will be served lunch or you can have coffee or tea. In the afternoon, you will take part in your first shared game drive (if time permits).

Day 2-4

Sabi Sand Game Reserve

You'll have morning and afternoon shared game activities in Sabi Sand Game Reserve. All game activities are led by experienced rangers, with a key focus on conservation and ensuring a low impact on the environment. Encounter beautiful African wildlife on the game drives and look out for one of the many leopards in this reserve. Enjoy a more intimate experience with nature on our guided bush walks, learning about the tracks, sights and sounds of our fauna and flora.

Day 5

Sabi Sand Game Reserve to Hoedspruit

Depending on when your flight departs from Hoedspruit airport, go on a last shared game walk or game drive. After breakfast you will then be taken back to the airport to board your flight back home, or to continue your travels in Africa. We will be happy to assist with any further arrangements required.
